Shipment & Delivery Terms

At CAM Ship4me we provide an amazing service in the consolidation, handling and shipping of legal goods and items received at our location to your desired destination. If you’re looking for convenience, affordability, and trustworthiness, sign up to become a CAM member where you will be treated as we would want to be treated. Stay in the comfort of your home and shop online, or take care of your own customers within your establishment and let us take care of all the hassle in shipping your goods to you. As we emphasize, we offer hassle free shipping to make everyone’s life easier.

Shipping Address:

As a registered member you will have access to our shipping address for all your legitimate shipping needs, however, this address should only be used for the purpose of shopping online. Due to our location not open to the public, please contact us via email or by phone, if there are any questions or concerns about a package or delivery coming to drop off by a family member or friend for you. Please note to advise such individuals to come prepared to show their valid identification card that will be scanned and copied and to fill out and sign a drop off form, this is for lawful security reasons only. This address should not be shared and used in any manner where a third party can have access to use our services without signing up as a valid member, each individual must sign up separately to be registered as a member. This address is forbidden to illegal purchases and activities.

If a legitimate package is sent to our location with no valid information or incomplete Information, the package will be marked as unknown and if no one confirms owner of such package within 10 days it will be sent back with the original carrier.

Any notice of illegal delivery or if we were informed by the merchant or carrier to recall the package for any illegal reasons, any  individual will be terminated and held accountable with the law.

Account Creation:

You have the right to sign up using your valid and true information in all required fields to use our service but we hereby reserved the rights to suspend or terminate members account, the rights to not ship, the rights to refuse any delivery in process/transit and terminate future use, the rights to cooperate with the law if for any reason a member may provide information and attempt to use our address for any illegal delivery or goods. With the information provided through the website in nature, we will not hesitate to hand it over to the law, we refuse to be threatened by the law.

Delivery:

CAM will deliver only upon customers request with the scheduled day and the time chosen. Customers/Pickup persons are required to show proof of valid ID card and signing full name and signature for proof of delivery.

CAM will only carry out delivery of package/s to the registered customer or to a recipient representing the registered customer, this third party can only represent when notified by CAM customer member not being available on the day of delivery/pickup, we will of to obtain a valid identification card for proof from both parties.

Packages MUST be paid in advance in full before delivery/pick up is carried out.

The third party recipient must be over the age of 18yrs old with a valid identification card (ID) and must be able to write full name and sign their signature.

A valid photo Identification Card (ID) of the third party representing to collect package/s on customer request is required to show on the day of pickup/delivery.

The requests are very important to both CAM and our valid customers for the purpose of evidence of proof of delivery, the time and date and to whom receive the package/s.

CAM will not be responsible if the third party recipient failed to represent the registered customer in any manner.

Packages will only be delivered to the name of the registered customer or to the request recipient receiving on behalf of the registered customer, this will be done only when we are informed by the registered customer and when we received the photo identification card to our email (camship4me.com) and information for the third party pickup person we will deliver to, there will be no exception.

CAM will not be responsible if the third party recipient failed to represent or in any incidents occur to the registered customer in any manner of the package delivery whatsoever.

Packages will only be delivered to the location requested to deliver before leaving our location and will not be rerouted.

CAM will confirm with the customer the day of delivery/pickup.

When we reach the delivery/pickup location and the customer or recipient becomes unavailable after attempts of calling by phone after 15 mins we will have no choice but to return to our office with the package (conditions may apply) and delivery will of to be rescheduled and if a customer fails to rescheduled after 30 days, item will make sale towards expenses pending.

If unfortunate there is bad weather conditions/natural disasters, crime in the area or root to delivery location, fire, accident, lockdown or any other issues beyond our controls on the day of delivery, we will have no choice but to reschedule delivery day, our safety and your safety is very important to us.

Customs:

 All items are required invoices or proper documents for customs clearance purposes, emailing invoices/documents in advance to CAM will avoid delays in clearing your items.

Item/s value under $50USD will not attract customs fee.

Item/s value over $50USD will attract a customs fee.

If you decide to withhold invoices/documents that are your proof of value to clear goods through customs or you fail to ensure invoices are sent over on time. Customs will/may input their own value of what they search and see the item value online, if we fail to obtain invoices from you to provide to them on time.

The result in failing to obtain invoices/documents and for item/s valuing over $50USD will result in extra charges and customs duty fees, this will be applied to the particular customer item/s. The customer will be notified and is liable to pay the charges towards the customs fee.

Claim:

If a customer does not contact or request for delivery and pay the pending charges due for package/s within 30 days of notification that item is available for delivery/pickup. CAM will have the rights to open and make sales of item/s and apply towards expenses pending.

Members Concern:

If by any reason a member has an issue, concern or questions while using our service, the member has the right to notify us, which will result in a conclusion of the matter in question.

Inspection of Goods:

Each Package or Goods received at our location that will be shipped through customs is entitled to open for inspection before clearance by customs personnel only. This option is mandatory and is beyond CAM control, in the inspection of package/s, our option will be to obtain the invoices from our customers for custom purposes resulting in a faster clearances time. The package will not be shipped until there is proof of invoice if purchased online. Friends and family shipping through us to you will also be required to show proof of value and type of item to be shipped.

Payments:

We accept online Zelle and Debit/Credit cards payments on our website.

Discover.

American Express.

*Please be informed if Zelle is your choice of payment, that you will still of to fill out the payment fields and select make payment, that step will take you to the Zelle information where you will now have to go to your online banking to send payment. Before sending payment please write your unique account number and your CAM shipment number, to notify us it’s you, or if payment is being made by someone else on your behalf, please inform them to put your name, unique account number and your CAM Shipping number. After payment is completed please screenshot a proof of payment if you’re ahead of our timing to check for your payment confirmation.

*All members MUST make full payments on the day of schedule delivery or pick up, payments should be made before 9/AM in order to receive your goods on that day.

 

No Refund:

 When package/s are paid and received there will be no chargeback or refunds.

 

We Do not ship:

We will not ship Hazardous/Waste Products, Firearms and Weapons , Toy Guns, Human Corpses, Animals Organs, Live Animals included Insect, Explosives, Dangerous Chemicals and Goods, Pharmaceuticals Prescription Drugs, Cash,Cigarettes, Alcoholic Beverages, Air Bag, Poisons, Aerosols, Ammunition, Gasoline, Flammable Items, Acids, Marijuana (medical or otherwise), and any other items consider dangerous and restricted.

 

Termination of Service Usage:

As our member you reserve the right to discontinue with the use of our services or remove your membership at any time however we will not be responsible for any packages set to be delivered to us after your removal, if we were not notified and are unable to reach out to the member. As our member he/she shall make a request for discontinuation by an email only if you have a pending delivery. After 30 days we will no longer be responsible for any package or items belonging to the removal member after we are notified.

We reserved the right to terminate, suspend a member account any time without warning and given any reason.

We hereby reserved the right to terminate, suspend or limit the use of our services to a member at any time without warning or given any reason for such and provide a refund once a member did not use our service in an illegal manner

General Service Usage:

CAM may furnish you with notices including those with regards to any changes to our terms and services, including but not limited to email, phone number, change of location along with service charges, posts on our website about services or other relevant and related content.

For no reason any member should attempt or use our website and services for any illegal or unauthorized use or any actions that violate any laws in your jurisdiction. In the event of a violation a law body may be involved and breach or violation in any terms will result in immediate termination of your account and rights to use our services and if requested any known information by the law, we will not hesitate to corporate.

Exclusion:

As a member you understand and agree that CAM Ship4me or CAM GLOBAL CONVEYANCE LLC is not responsible for any package or items that we did not receive at our location. We will not be responsible for any package or items damaged before receiving at our location. We will not be responsible for any package or items seized but not limited to in relation to matters or issues arise from customs. We will not be held liable for actions of any third party in relation to our member’s packages and items.

Important notice:

Please do not use our address for any illegal orders or delivery, thank you. If for some reason one part of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in place.
